A person needs to make every effort to reach the ultimate level of dhikr (remembrance of Allāh ta'ālā), which is the dhikr of the heart, i.e. when the heart is aware of Allāh ta'ālā all the time. However, to reach this level one needs to start with verbal dhikr. 

The true effect of dhikr is that inclination towards the world lessens and inclination towards the hereafter increases.

Along with Islamic dates, IDA's 2025 calendar also includes a selection of dhikr and du’ās written in beautiful calligraphy.
